How do I cancel my subscription?

Any time, no notice period. Wrong engineer? We replace them within 5 business days at no charge.

How do you handle confidential codebases?

NDA before access. Engineers operate inside your environment under your access controls — including SOC 2 and GDPR frameworks when required. Code and data don't leave your environment without your explicit approval.

You do. Always. All code written for your project belongs to you, with no hidden clauses or carve-outs. We sign IP assignment up front.

Where are your engineers based?

Distributed team, Manila HQ. Async by design: no timezone alignment needed.

How fast can we start?

Once you give the go-ahead, we match an engineer the same business day. Kickoff call within 24 hours, first delivery within 5 business days.

How is this different from Toptal, Upwork, or hiring a full-time engineer?

Marketplaces (Toptal, Upwork): hourly, you manage delivery. Hiring: 3–6 months, $150K+ per engineer. Dev On Demand: managed, task-based, 3-day turnaround per task. First delivery within 5 business days.

Do you bill by the hour?

No. Flat monthly subscription. Avoid unpredictable invoices and the incentive misalignment hourly billing creates.

What if my task needs more capacity?

Upgrade to Dual stream any month, or scale back. Need 3+ engineers, or an engineer in your standups and sprints? Move up to Dev Team as a Service.

Can I add QA or UX engineers to my subscription?

How much does it cost?

From $3,840 per engineer a month, by seniority. Managed adds project manager and tech lead hours. Billed monthly in advance.

What's the minimum commitment?

3 months, renewing every 3 months. To stop, give 6 weeks' notice before a term ends.

How do we start?

Book 15 minutes with Albert. Tell us what you need and we recommend a team, free. Then we match engineers to your stack.

How is this different from Dev On Demand?

Dev On Demand sells tasks, month to month. Dev Team as a Service gives you full-time people, 160 hours a month each. Cheaper per hour, for committing.

What if a team member isn't working out?

Tell us and we replace them at no charge. In the first 30 days, you can also leave with no penalty.

Who owns the code?

You own all code we write for you once it's paid. Our reusable building blocks stay ours, and you get a permanent licence to use them.

Is production on-call included?

No. Production cover is an optional paid add-on, with weekend cover if you need it.

What hours do they work?

Distributed team, Manila HQ. 160 a month per person, less public holidays and agreed leave. Working hours are agreed in your contract. Other shortfalls are credited.

Can we hire your team members at the end?

No. Team members stay with yousource and rotate to other clients when the engagement ends.
